Brandon Brushes Off Highest Inflation Rate in 40 Years
60 Minutes is quite comfortable with helping to cover up for Joe Biden’s frailties and failures. They haven’t even reported that the Hunter Biden laptop is real.
Here’s the rest of the CBS report.
The network didn’t explain why they were among the first to declare Hunter Biden’s laptop “Russian disinformation,” without any evidence to suggest that. pic.twitter.com/meXmDz6FuJ— Nicholas Fondacaro (@NickFondacaro) March 31, 2022
Biden is happy to go right along with this alternate reality in the interview. When asked about inflation, he says change your perspective to see that even though it’s not getting better than a 40-year high, it’s not getting much worse, either.
Joe Biden doesn’t seem to remotely understand how bad inflation is for average Americans. Grocery costs were up 13.5% over last year for example. He’s acting like forty year high inflation is no big deal. Crazy. pic.twitter.com/u7KBrwloZU

This is like if we had 12% unemployment one month and the next month it was 12% again, Biden comes out and says, “Man, it’s not getting worse, so that’s great! No joke!”
60 Min: “What can you do better to lower inflation?”
Biden: “inflation rate month to month was just up an inch.”
60 Min:”You’re not arguing 8.3% is good news?”
Biden: “You’re acting like all of a sudden ‘my God it went to 8.2%'”
60 Min: “It’s the highest rate in 40 years.” pic.twitter.com/DEwugGct4d

It’s particularly tone-deaf to be arguing, “Yes, we’re at a 40-year high but it’s not getting worse anymore!”
Bill Clinton said, “I feel your pain,” but not tone-deaf Joe Biden. His schtick — using the word “folks” a lot and pretending he’s blue-collar Joe from Scranton — is all crap. It’s all basically a big lie.
FedEx’s CEO thinks we’re heading into a worldwide recession right now, and says anybody out there who’s arguing otherwise is basically crazy — and that’s the Biden administration.
By late November/early December, there’s gonna be an avalanche of, “Oh, my gosh. Consumer spending is way down. We’re in a legit recession! Jobs numbers are starting to look really shaky — and also slap your mask back on, everybody, because we’re going into the covid cycle.”
